DiVA comprehensively manages various assortments, such as textile items with models and up to four-dimensional variants, technical items with serial number tracking, perishable goods, and pharmaceutical products with expiration dates and batch management. It also accommodates luxury items with unique article IDs or the intricacies of bicycles, including component-level warranty claims.

Up- and Cross-Selling

 

Boost your sales with complementary accessories like batteries, cleaning or lighting products. Customer service or advisory staff can be selectively informed about stored accessory items upon request. If the desired item is not in stock, similar products can be automatically offered or manually selected, with subsequent consideration in reporting and disposition.

Omnichannel Content

 

Each item can be associated with multiple images, videos, and multilingual descriptions. Relevant information is provided based on the distribution channel (e.g., shop, call center, catalog) or functional call (e.g., order processing, customer service, returns, receipt of goods).

Set Items

 

DiVA handles fixed and variable sets with inventory management at set and/or component levels. Sets can be dynamically chosen by customers from specific products or model variants during runtime. Expand your assortments with items directly shipped from suppliers to end customers. For easy integration with dropshipping suppliers, we offer a fully integrated supplier portal. This portal allows for online retrieval and provision of orders, deliveries, shipping information, and documents. This enables you to expand your assortment without increased inventory costs while offering a 24-hour service.
