Omni-channel. DiVAPOS supports you in bringing your customer an appealing shopping experience across all channels. Seamlessly integrating all branches enables cross-channel services - from Click & Collect and universal delivery and discount conditions, via on-line access to a central voucher log, to integrated payment and returns handling. The desired item is not available in  the branch? No problem, the goods can be sent directly on ordering to the customer's home.

Point-of-Sales (POS). The POS terminal would normally access DiVA data in the ERP and CRM modules on-line: this enables cross-channel management of vouchers, so your customers receive the usual benefits in the branch. POS functionality is guaranteed to remain available in off-line mode. The touch-optimised user-interface enables fast, intuitive cashiering and quick access to product availabilities or receipts in the case of returns. Due to multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities, the solution is equally suited to international sales. It offers various payment methods, including a link to an external payment card terminal.

Branch managers. As the branch manager, you can get an instant take on your current sales data at any time via the Store Manager Profile, seeing your POS and daily balances, and up-to-date takings. Receipts can be configured flexibly to advertise special offers. Requests to other branches, branch orders, goods deliveries and shifting goods between branches can be captured efficiently through the fully integrated solution. The system supports you in this with all relevant data.

Branch management. Central branch management lets you define the product range for the branch, but also manage special offers on products or order values, including a reason code, as well as administer the payment methods accepted in-branch. Parameters are set at branch or POS level, and integrated dashboards offer access to sales figures for one or all branches at any time. In this way, you can run your branches from a central location in a truly transparent way. A branch in Dresden needs a different product selection than the one in Husum? No problem with the branch-specific add-on selections.
